The objectives of the podcast are twofold:

1) To provide content to these business owners - about a topic you are passionate - where they can apply those ideas to their business and improve the “investment grade” of their business. Topics should be broadly applicable (e.g., for >25% of middle market business owners) vs. highly niche (<5% of business owners).

2) To facilitate the board selection process. When business owners on our platform decide they would like to engage a board member, we will first use the data you just submitted to create an initial match. Then we will ask the business owners to watch your podcast episode to make sure they feel a connection and would like you as a board member. Only then will we schedule a meeting to see if there is a good fit for both of you. This will help make sure that there is already a decent fit by the time you speak.
